River Valley Estates - Virtual Tours, Interactive Maps & Streaming Video

River Valley Estates is a 500 acre residential community located just outside the city limits of Durango, Colorado. With 49 exclusive 3-10 acre lots and over 270 acres of dedicated open space, this community offers a small piece of that rural Colorado dream many are looking for. The community also boasts 6 miles of hiking, biking and horse riding trails.

The developer approached us to design a custom site that highlighted the beautiful views most of the lots have and to accentuate the natural beauty of the land. We created a virtual tour for each lot so that visitors could get a complete 360 degree view of each lot. An interactive legend was used on a flash map to allow users to effortlessly view topography, lot acreage, lot availability, street names and trail names. A video featured on the homepage introduces visitors to the community and its amenities.
