CLIENT: CHIMERA COMMUNICATIONS Three Springs is a Traditional Neighborhood Development in Southwest, Colorado being developed by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s GF Development Group, LLC. The project is comprised of five neighborhoods nestled in a beautiful 620+ acre valley over half of which is dedicated to open space, parks, schools and recreational use. 01 We integrated Realtyna’s real estate plugin to provide customized homes management features into the site. Three Springs is bustling with events in spring through fall, and the events calendar let’s people plan ahead. A Mailchimp integration allows visitors to subscribe to the email list and stay in the loop. WordPress Mailchimp Home Search App Events Calendar 02 This project combined a refresh of a dated design and a restructuring of existing content for improved navigation.
